“Harnessing social protection for people living with HIV in emergency contexts: what we know”

More than 8,500 people gathered in Kigali on 2–7 December 2019 for the 20th International Conference on AIDS and STIs in Africa (ICASA 2019). Guided by the theme AIDS Free Africa: Innovation, Community and Political Leadership, the latest cutting-edge science, sustainable funding and policy making approaches were presented together with effective community models and innovative programming interventions to accelerate global and regional efforts to further curb the HIV epidemic in Africa.
